   • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy below.

   • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

     • Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments, swimwear) for hygiene reasons
4. Return Process
